The DQ in my hometown (Dwight, IL) has signage out for Treatzza Pizzas; however, it's impossible to order them online yet. I think probably DQ is reintroducing Treatzza Pizzas in limited geographic regions of the US for now, and they won't be available to order online until a nationwide re-introduction is OKed.
A friend of mine living in Illinois just sent me this picture. This could be the beginning. I will be investigating further this weekend.
